The plan for the first 90 days - goals and habits
A concrete, duplicable framework for getting started: what to do in the first 72 hours, the first month and the entire first quarter.

The first 90 days are not about achieving a big result - but about building in the habits and gaining the small early wins that keep you in the game. Most attrition happens in the first three months, which is why this period is not about reaping, but about laying the foundation. Here you get a concrete, duplicable framework.
The first 72 hours - the quick early win
The initial momentum is fragile, so in the first three days the goal is to achieve a small, real win: your first customer or your first conversation. You do not need a big hit, but a proof for yourself that the system works and that you can do it too.
The concrete steps of the first 72 hours:
- Use the main product yourself, so that you have your own experience to talk about.
- Write out your contact list - everyone you have talked to over the past years, without judgment.
- Have 3-5 relaxed, pressure-free conversations in which you simply share what you have started.
- Sit down with your sponsor for a short kickoff conversation and clarify the next steps.
- Set a realistic goal that you can influence yourself - for example your first customer, not a specific amount.

The first 30 days - establishing the daily rhythm
In the first month, the main task is not size, but consistency. You build daily habits that are sustainable alongside any level of busyness, and that your team can later copy. Duplicability starts here: if your system is too complicated, no one will repeat it.
A simple daily minimum that you can keep even part-time: starting a few new conversations, following up with pending prospects, and twenty to thirty minutes a day of learning about the product or the skills. This is not heroic, but it is sustainable - and that is exactly why it works.
Days 31-90 - the first duplication
In the second and third months, the focus is on building a stable customer base and genuinely onboarding your first team member. This is where the salesperson separates from the leader: your goal is no longer just to act yourself, but to guide someone else through the same simple path you walked.
The new member's first win is your responsibility too - help them achieve the quick early win in their first 72 hours just as you did. This is the essence of duplication: you are not showing how brilliant you are, but that the system works even when you are not the one doing it.
Measure the activity, not just the result
You cannot always influence the result, but you can influence your activity. That is why, in the first 90 days, you should focus on the process metrics, because these are the ones whose outcome genuinely depends on you.
- How many new conversations you started per week.
- How many presentations or product tastings you held.
- How many follow-ups you completed with the pending prospects.
- Whether you kept your daily minimum on at least five days of the week.
- Whether the new team member got onboarded and reached their own first win.
The first 90 days are not the finish line, but the starting line: you are not building a big result, but the person who will be capable of achieving a big result.
